All HealthX subscription packages provide 24/7 access to Kenya-licensed and registered medical doctors, clinical psychologists and clinical nutritionists. They’ll assess your condition, educate you on management options, send prescriptions arrange medication delivery, coordinate lab testing if needed, and make referrals when required.</span>
Family Access:
Your family members can easily access our services by subscribing to our family package, which provides comprehensive healthcare solutions for everyone in your household.</span>
Medication Prescriptions:
Based on your consultation, our doctors will issue your prescription through our Electronic Management System, ensuring you receive a written prescription securely and accurately.</span>

Our clinical team operates from a secure, access-controlled Digital Operations Centre (DOC) in our premises.</span>
All virtual consultations are conducted using equipment within the Digital Operations Centre (DOC) based in our premises.</span>
Mobile phones are not allowed in the DOC to prevent unauthorized access.</span>
Our systems comply with the latest HIPAA regulations and we are licensed by the Office of the Data Protection Commission according to the Data Protection Act, 2019.</span>
We provide reports in an aggregated and anonymized manner.</span>
No personal details or medical information are shared with family members, spouses, employers, etc., without your explicit consent (except for minors, where information is shared with a parent or guardian).</span>
Disconnected Calls:
If your call gets disconnected, don’t worry—we’ll call you back within 15 minutes to reconnect you with the doctor. If you’re trying to reach us and no care coordinator is available to pick up, rest assured that we’ll call you back before the close of business that day. Alternatively, if you select the "call back" option on our app, you’ll receive a call within 15 minutes.</span>
