- Choose the service you want: medical consultations are available on demand 24 hours a day, mental health and nutrition are by appointment up to late in the evening.
- Make your call from where you are via our toll free number, app, web portal, or virtual clinic. Connect to our medical professionals working at the HealthX Africa Medical Clinic and Digital Operations Center. All consultations are recorded in our Electronic Medical Record for you.
HealthX Africa will provide assistance and support throughout your healthcare journey, including for specialist referral, prescription, laboratory testing, or other diagnostics if you need them, and linkage to emergency services through partners. Virtual Clinics
Our Virtual Clinics are a revolutionary way to access healthcare services, installed in convenient locations including offices, schools, hotels, and factories, creating a physical mini-clinic onsite. Use the Virtual Clinic for video consultation with any of our medical professionals, and take vital signs and readings with easy-to-use smart devices that automatically sync with your Electronic Medical Record in real time.
Sign Language Interpretation
We believe that everyone deserves clear and confidential communication with their healthcare provider. For our clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we offer sign language interpretation services by appointment for your virtual consultations. Our Kenya Sign Language interpreters are available to assist during video consultations via our app, web portal, or Virtual Clinics, ensuring that your needs are met with the utmost respect, accuracy, privacy and professionalism.
